3:30 on having a VA and developing systems, documents & SOP’s / I think you are in many ways a natural. You mention and act upon insights that others will often not even realize for a looong time.
( and at right around 02:00 I was about to say.. ” yes! this is going to be a fun one! ” but then you mentioned your VA’s Grandmother ( who i hope gets well soon ) in the very next sentence and I couldn’t do it.
